How to return

Returns Policy

(1) If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete upon receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

(2) Please note that some products are not eligible for a return for reasons such as “the product is no longer needed and alike reasons”.

(3) Please note that there are certain items marked as non-returnable on product pages that are not eligible for return.

No Exchange Policy

(1) Loss of goods caused by customer error after receipt of goods; Damages will not be treated responsibly.

(2) No exchanges will be made after the product has been opened and used.

(3) Item will not be exchanged if the product is notified after the deadline or it is difficult to resell.

(4) Special Event (or) Special Discount, Coupon purchased will not be refunded or exchanged.
