Return Policy
If the following conditions are met, ulike will make exchange when customer want to change the product request a replacement for any reason after purchasing the product
1. If the customer order the wrong product or requests to replace the item with another item, customer must contact us within three days of receiving the item and customer must pay shipping cost.
2. The item received is subject to the information provided during the order. If there is any discrepancy with the advertisement or any damage, you must notify the office within 7 days of receipt. After verification of defects by the office, if the product is found to be defective or damaged, it will be replaced with a new one and the customer will not have to pay for shipping or exchange
3. Items purchased online can only be exchanged online, and gifts and spare parts received at the time of purchase must be returned at the same time as the exchange.
4. Refunds will be made using a designated K Pay account and the customer will be required to pay additional fees such as money transfer.

6. No exchanges / exchanges will be made after the product has been opened.
7. Exchanges / exchanges will not be made if the notice or exchange is delayed or the item is difficult to resell.
8. Event (or) Discount, Coupon purchased will not be refunded or exchanged.
